Constructed of blue cotton cloth, the exterior bearing a machine embroidered white first pattern Reichsluftschutzbund (Reich Air Protection League RLB) insignia, unmarked, measuring 18 cm (l) x 10 cm (w) when folded on a flat surface, in extremely fine condition.
