Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both edges with light blue piping, the exterior bearing a white cotton disc measuring 80 mm in diameter, overlaid by a multi piece mobile swastika constructed of black rayon, with both the disc and swastika unpiped, the reverse with a fully intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label bearing a maker code of A4 343 and a secondary code of 402192, unstitched and measuring 540
