Constructed of black wool uppers with green piping, with light gray NCOs tresse on the outer edges; the reverse with a field gray wool backer; with a tongue attached to the underside for attachment to a uniform; measuring 104 mm (w) x 44 mm (h); one tab with its piping coming loose; in overall near mint condition.
