Constructed of gilded bronze, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, the obverse with a central monogram of Kaiser Friedrich Wilhelm III, the reverse with central Roman numerals XXV, measuring 39. 24 mm (w) x 43. 62 mm (h), weighing 20. 2 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
