It is constructed of very fine quality, thick, light brown gabardine cotton wool blended fabric, featuring a standard notched collar with an original set of collar tabs. The tabs are constructed of navy blue wool, the right tab featuring contrasting white stitching with the numerals 12 81on the obverse using
