A silver Rupert cross whose lower cross arm is extended, with red enamel and white edging, with silver rays between the cross arm, the obverse centre presents a white enamelled medallion bearing a red enamelled cross, bordered by a ring of red enamel inscribed PATRIAE AC HUMANITATI (FATHERLAND AND HUMANITY), the reverse centre presents a white enamelled medallion bearing the
