The goal of the Robin Hood is to have instant access to your handheld release without having to fumble around in a pocket for it. Simply seat the back end of your release in the pocket and rock it forward to lock it in. If it needs some adjustment, grab a 1 8 Allen wrench and turn the screw at the front of the holster. The paddle on the inside will increase or decrease pressure for a perfect fit.
