Germany, Heer. An M40 Stahlhelm With Field-Applied Camouflage GTRexclude German shells were falling all(Heer Stahlhelm M40). A Heer M40 Stahlhelm (Steel Helmet) with an unusual field applied camouflage paint scheme. It is constructed of a magnetic molybdenum steel shell with multiple visible layers of paint, consisting of an apple green base with additional applications of light green and white. Three rivets are distributed across the outer shell, securing the interior fixtures in place, while it is also flanked by integral ventilation holes. The rim
