And a nice mix of cheerful and cozy and a little moody too, with some green shading lending a bit of acidity to the yellow of the house. With wonderful attention paid to the white painted lattices and wrap around porch, and to those tall leafy trees, too. C. 1940s or so I would think. 11 1 2" x 9 3 4" framed, under glass, as found.
