Domaine Grès St. Vincent “Signargues”, 2023 Hondurrabi Antico Fuoco is dedicated to2018 VINTAGE: Black plum, cured green and black olives, orange pulp and smoky bramble dominate the nose; the palate is deep and luxurious with acidity cutting the richness into a irresistible treat of a wine. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan. Indigenous yeasts, fermented in enamel lined tanks; no fining, no filtration. Made by the Co op, Les Vignerons D Estzargues.
