and the end of the handle has a hole for stringing a wire or ribbon through if one is inclined (as I would be) to hang this beauty on the wall

It is in very good condition and I believe was indeed used

What an incredible density of tiny tiny pricked holes, making the hat and robe of this man feel quite like a cloud, and with what appear like angel wings (though perhaps a large pack) emerging from his back.
