Wilson Foreigner Albariño, 2016 Red Wine Alcoholic fermentation finished without skinsDelightfully intriguing white from natural producer, Wilson Foreigner. Citrus blossom aromatics, stone fruit and a soft texture on the palate, and finishes with saline minerality. Whole cluster pressed and fermented in neutral Hungarian and French oak barrels. Full malolactic fermentation occurred, adding texture to the wine. No fining or filtration. Rorick Vineyard, Sierra Foothills, California
