Botijo Rojo Viñas Viejas Dessert Wine in the family homeEl Botijo is a limited production, microwine straight from a garage in Valdejalon (North East Spain) where Fernando Mora and Mario Lopez make wines with the absolute minimum of fuss. Medium ruby colour with tears. On the nose it shows forest red berries over a background of smoked aromatics, white pepper and bayleaf. Fresh acidity, integrated alcohol, round firm tannins and medium body. An old vine garnacha with depth and complexity yet also good
