Attached and contained inside a compact and durable bag, is a 14m floating polypropylene rope that can be used to aid the recovery of casualties in the water. The bag is made of a durable and indestructible PVC coated nylon mesh that can be filled with water, allowing the bag and the rope to be thrown into the water to aid rescue operations.
