Color Study Grid, Mounted Hand-painted Squares on Board, 1985 trim fragement " Quite a time capsuleA study of complementary oranges and blues, signed by a Kevin Joy in 1985. Each square was painted, cut out, and adhered to the board, and there is a layer of acetate that was laid over it, folded around the sides, and adhered to the back side. I untaped one side to photograph it and it is easily removed entirely and tossed away, but has had the benefit of protecting it, and the colors remain very vibrant.
