De Bortoli Windy Peak Chardonnay 2024 | Riverina Clare Valley and warming — the sherryDe Bortoli Windy Peak Chardonnay 2024 is a textural, creamy Riverina Chardonnay crafted by winemaker John Coughlan from night harvested fruit. Forty per cent of the blend is fermented in old French oak barriques and hogsheads, with the entirety of the blend through malolactic fermentation and twelve months on yeast lees.
