The 2021er Thörnicher Ritsch Riesling Spätlese “Ritsch” was made from fruit picked at 91° Oechsle in this prime Lieu-Dit forming the original part of the vineyard and was fermented down to sweet levels of residual sugar (75 g/l)

Soils are composed of marl and sandstone

At this point in my life, I am thrilled to share my enchantment for this remarquable wine.
