2021 Weingut Hermann Ludes Thornicher Ritsch Riesling Kabinett 'Terrassen', Mosel, Germany Joliet The vines are farmed regenerativelyThe 2021er Thrnicher Ritsch Riesling Kabinett Terrassen was made from fruit picked at 79 Oechsle in the terraced part in the central part of the vineyard and was fermented down to fruity styled levels of residual sugar (58 g l). It offers a slender nose made of lemon, mint, passion fruit, and still quite some residual scents from its spontaneous fermentation. A superbly engaging touch of fresh pineapple adds to the overall zesty and juicy nature of
