2017 Maison Leroy Meursault, Cote de Beaune, France Fratelli Alessandria the wine aged in 50%Sourced from biodynamically farmed, old vine Chardonnay parcels in Meursault, this wine undergoes native yeast fermentation with extended maceration on skins. Aged for approximately 18 months in 100% new and used French oak barrels, with minimal sulfur addition post malolactic fermentation. The result is a textured, complex wine balancing richness and vibrant minerality, with a long aging potential.
