While the loom can only weave 5 meters of fabric per hour, it creates a unique and uneven roughness which cannot be replicated though modern production methods. Using thick rope like cotton yarns, SDA repeatedly dip dyes the yarn to achieve the darkest indigo possible. Treated with an in house rinse process enhancing the fabric's texture
